About Me
With a successful career spanning both the UK and Australia in the field of IT, I've navigated the realms of technology from technical expertise to sales strategies. Despite the professional achievements and financial rewards, I sensed a void in my life—a lack of fulfillment, and I was experiencing problems in my most cherished relationships.
It was a chance encounter at a Tony Robbins conference—a setting I initially resisted—that sparked a shift in my perspective. Amidst a guided meditation session, I unexpectedly found myself overcome with tears of joy! In that moment, I felt the profound truth dawn upon me: the immense power we hold with creative control over our experience of life, intention and purpose.
Since then, my journey has been one of exploration and growth. I've immersed myself in meditation practices, delved into a wide array of studies, books and podcasts, and actively participated in courses and multiple meditation retreats, including those led by Dr. Joe Dispenza, whose work deeply resonates with me.
I've come to understand that many of us grapple with the misconception that external circumstances dictate our inner state. Through my own evolution, I've learned to reverse this paradigm, experiencing profound shifts from within that have rippled outwards, transforming work, health and relationships.
Earlier in life, I underwent a remarkable transformation in my health, and for nearly two decades, I've served as a certified group fitness instructor alongside my primary career. I found satisfaction and fulfilment in teaching others the very practices that most profoundly benefited my own life.
Now, in a similar vein, I embarked on a journey to become a certified meditation instructor and my mission is clear: to empower others to embark on their own inward journey.
