With a successful career spanning both the UK and Australia in the field of IT, I've navigated the realms of technology from technical expertise to sales strategies. It was a chance encounter at a Tony Robbins conference—a setting I initially resisted—that sparked a profound shift in my perspective. Amidst a guided meditation session, I unexpectedly found myself overcome with tears of joy. In that moment, I felt the profound truth dawn upon me: the immense power we hold to shape our own life's narrative, to craft our own destiny with intention and purpose.

Since then, my journey has been one of exploration and growth. I've immersed myself in meditation practices, delved into a wide array of studies, devoured books and podcasts, and actively participated in courses and meditation retreats, including those led by Dr. Joe Dispenza, whose work deeply resonates with me.
