Don’t worry - this isn’t one of those exercises where you answer 50 questions and try to define your brand in words.

You’re about to listen to a guided visualisation via the audio file below (‘Animal Totem’).
During the recording, you’ll be guided to imagine meeting an animal that represents the true nature of your brand - how it feels, how it behaves, and how it engages with the world around it.
This process is designed to help you step out of your analytical thinking and access a deeper, more intuitive understanding of your brand.
It often reveals qualities that are already there - but haven’t yet been clearly articulated.
All you need is 20-30 minutes, a quiet space, and a willingness to be curious.

Instructions
Step 1:
Pick a time when you can relax, and a place where you won’t be disturbed.
Sit on a comfortable chair or lie down on a bed.
Step 2:
Open this short questionnaire on a browser page - but don’t read it yet
Step 3:
Press play on the audio link below.
Step 4:
During the recording, you’ll be guided to meet an animal.
This animal represents the essence of your brand.
If you get more than one - use your intuition to decide which one is most relevant
If you nothing is coming to you (it happens very occasionally), just stop the recording, take some gentle breaths, relax - and start the recording again
When the recording ends, complete the questionnaire using your instinctive responses.
If you can’t remember everything, close your eyes and briefly return to the visualisation - trust what comes up.
