Here’s what you can expect:

You’re about to meet your “animal totem” - and receive powerful insights into who you are right now, how you naturally operate, and how you can access a more authentic version of yourself.

Don’t worry - this isn’t one of those boring “answer 50 questions and we’ll tell you what animal you are” exercises.

This works differently.

You’re about to listen to a guided visualisation - via the audio file attached below called ‘Animal Totem’).
During the recording you’ll be guided to imagine meeting an animal that symbolises qualities already within you. The calming background music will help you relax, and get you out of your busy thinking mind.

It’s all designed to give you the ability to tap into your subconscious, and uncover something deeper about yourself: how you instinctively think, respond and operate.

All you need 20-30 minutes, a quiet space, and a willingness to be curious.

Instructions

Step 1:
Pick a time when you can relax, and a place where you won’t be disturbed.
Sit on a comfortable chair or lie down on a bed.

Step 2:
Open this short questionnaire on a browser page - but don’t read it yet
Step 3:
Press play on the audio link below.

Step 4:
During the audio recording you’ll be guided to meet an animal - which animal you meet is entirely up to your imagination!

  • If you get more than one - use your intuition to decide which one is most relevant

  • If you nothing is coming to you (it happens very occasionally), just stop the recording, take some gentle breaths, relax - and start the recording again

    When you’ve finished the recording, type in your answers to the questions on the browser you opened earlier. If you are struggling to remember any details, close your eyes and take yourself back into the visualisation. Go with your instinctive answers.
